あっという間に8月になり、札幌での個展までもう少しとなりました。出版社より連絡があり、会場である旧永山武四郎邸（旧三菱鉱業寮）の管理をされている方から、ギャラリースペースも使用して良いとのご厚意をいただいたとの事。丸窓が特徴的な素敵なギャラリーのようです。このスペースに新たに、旧永山邸の周りで見られる植物6枚を追加でパネル展示していただけることになりました。こちらの6枚は原画ではありませんが、原画の雰囲気は感じ取っていただけると思います。 原画13枚は同建物内の別室に展示されます。
In Sapporo my paintings will be exhibited in a Japanese style room in the building which is designated as a nationally important cultural property. And yesterday the publisher contacted me and said that an administrator of the building offered them to use an extra gallery to show some more paintings. That's very kind! 6 printed paintings will be hung there.
