There were naked branches covered with snow
Shiny shoots were coming from the tips of them
Which seemed to be the first sign of the coming flourish season.
An Oriental Greenfinch came to a branch
His yellow wings appeared brightly.
I heard him singing
“Flourish seasons are still far away,
But they surely will come.”
