シジュウカラ Japanese tit

一昨日くらいにお庭に飛んできたシジュウカラ。

描き上げたら、主人が一言「お腹はもっと黄色いはずだよ？」え？自分が見たのは白かったけど・・・と思って調べたら以下の通り。

ヨーロッパでよく見られるシジュウカラは、日本のものより黄と緑が濃い。そもそも、ヨーロッパシジュウカラと日本のシジュウカラはまったくの別種である。

Some days ago a Japanese tit visited my garden!

When I finished the painting, Erwin said 'his chest should be more yellow'. And I thought : The bird I saw had a whiter chest! I searched about it, then I got the information below.

The great tit (Parus.major) )seen in Europe and the Japanese tit (Parus.minor) seen in Japan are two different species. European ones have brighter yellow and green colours compare to Japanese ones.
