先日、秋の日の午後に近くの山をお散歩。秋の日差しを浴びながらゆったりと歩くつもりでした。が、セイタカアワダチソウがあちこちで目に入ったばかりに、せわしなくその蕾を摘んで回り、両手いっぱいに黄緑色の花束を持って帰ってきました。あまり歓迎されない植物のようですが、黄色い花が集まって咲いている姿はとても綺麗です。乾燥させて、寒い日のお風呂に。ついでに、満開の金木犀のお花を摘んで、シロップを作りました。口に含むと、甘さの中に香る金木犀が夢心地です・・・秋の愉しみ。
Some days ago, I had a long walk in a mountain around my house to relax. Then I found lots of tall goldenrod growing, I started to pick them and I simply couldn't stop it so my walk turned into a very busy one! I came home with bunches of them in my hands. When you put dried tall goldenrod in your bath, your body warms up from the core of your body. I also made fragrant olive flower syrup, a dreamlike fragrance and sweetness....Great joy of autumn.
